Do I need to install anything to use the tools?

No. The full platform runs inside a modern web browser. There is nothing to download, no plug- ins and no system permissions required. Open the page, upload a file and the tools are ready.

What file types can I work with?

Our toolset is focused on PDF documents. The convert tool also supports common office and image formats — DOCX, PPT, JPG and PNG — moving them to or from PDF in a single step.

Is there a limit on file size?

The free plan handles files up to 50 MB. Extended Access raises this to 500 MB, and Workflow plans allow files up to 1 GB. Limits per task and batch sizes vary by plan.

Can I process several files at once?

Yes. Plus plans support up to five files per task. Workflow plans remove the per-task cap and add saved presets, so the same operation can be applied across whole sets of documents.

How is the file preparation service different from the tools?

he tools are self-service and follow a fixed flow. Preparation support is handled by our team for one-off cases — adjusting formatting, organising scattered files, or producing PDF versions for a specific upload requirement.

Do you offer refunds on paid plans?

Yes. Within the first 14 days after a paid subscription begins, the full amount can be refunded on request. Annual plans can be downgraded at any time from the account area.

Can the platform be used on a tablet or phone?

Yes. The workspace is responsive and works on modern tablet and mobile browsers. Heavier tasks — such as merging dozens of files — are easier on a laptop, but every tool is reachable from any device.
